We reserve the right to refuse to serve you, cancel an order, close your account, modify or remove content from the Site, or cancel an order whether or not you have complied with these Terms and Conditions.

The products and services offered are intended to be sold to adults who have reached the legal age in your place of residence, which is 18 years old in the province of Quebec. By using the Merchant’s Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your place of residence.

Accuracy of Information We make every effort to ensure that all information displayed on our Site is accurate, but we cannot guarantee this. We may refuse or cancel an order containing an item with an incorrect description or price. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Canadian currency.

The products offered on our Site, as well as offer dates, prices, and availability, features, and technical specifications, are subject to review and change without notice. It is possible that an item ordered online may no longer be available in our inventory or may not be deliverable due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will cancel the order and refund any amounts paid, if applicable.

Your sole remedy for a product description discrepancy is to return it in its original packaging for a refund, according to the refund provisions outlined below.

Registration and Password You must complete a registration form to access certain parts and features of the Merchant's Site. You agree to provide current and truthful information and to keep this information updated at all times.

You agree to protect the confidentiality of your username and password as well as access to your computer, so that no one else can use it. You are responsible for all transactions made through your account using this information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your username and password and any security breach you are aware of, within forty-eight (48) hours of becoming aware of such a situation.

Applicable Laws These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec or the country of Canada as applicable. Furthermore, any legal action against the Merchant must be filed in the judicial district where the city of Quebec is located.

Order Errors If you believe an error occurred when placing an order, please notify us immediately, but no later than 48 hours after discovering the error, by sending a message to: egobeil@goberco.com, providing sufficient details about the error.

Delivery and Returns Unless you have chosen a specific carrier and delivery time during the transaction, for which additional fees may apply, the delivery method and carrier will be determined by the Merchant, and our usual delivery times for your area are:

We are committed to delivering your purchases within a reasonable time frame, subject to the availability of the carriers used by the shipper, who are solely responsible for delivering the purchased products or services.

The risk of loss and ownership of the purchased goods or services transfer to you when the item is handed over to the carrier, or if the merchandise crosses an international border, the risk transfers to you after customs clearance.

Cancellation, Exchange, Termination, Return, or Refund Policy You may cancel an order for a product that is not satisfactory. In this case, you must inform us of the issue prompting the cancellation request through our customer service and obtain prior consent to cancel the order.

You may exchange a product that is not satisfactory. In this case, you must inform the Merchant of the issue affecting your product and obtain authorization for the exchange. Subsequently, if required by the Merchant, you must ship the product to the Merchant’s address to receive an exchange.

You may request a refund for a product that is not satisfactory. In this case, you must inform us of the issue affecting your product within forty-eight hours of receiving it through our customer service and obtain authorization for the refund. Subsequently, if required by the Merchant, you must ship the product to the distributor’s address to receive a refund.

Subject to other provisions herein, your request (for refund) (exchange) (exchange/refund) must be received by us no later than 14 days after the purchase date.

If required by the Merchant, the returned product must be in its original packaging.

We do not assume return shipping costs.

In all cases where a merchandise return is required by the Merchant, ownership of the returned product is only transferred to the Merchant once it has been received at their physical business location.

Limitation of warranty subject to applicable laws, the merchant excludes all warranties or conditions, express or implied, regarding title, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the products and services sold on the site. It also excludes all express or implied warranties or conditions regarding content, elements, products (including software) or other services included on the site or through the site and on its servers and in electronic communications.

Limitation of liability the merchant shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of the site or the purchase of goods thereon, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use of data, or other intangibles, even if the merchant has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Copyright The copyrights and trademarks contained in the information published on the Site are protected by intellectual property laws and are made available on the Site by a specific license.

Under the applicable intellectual property laws, it is prohibited to use, display, or expose any trademark, copyright, or other protected work accessible on the Site for any purpose other than selling these products and services without the right to sublicense to third parties. The owners of the trademarks appearing on the Site retain all rights not expressly granted herein.
