Goberco also warrants that its stair brackets will perform within the design limitations of its published product description when properly installed for each design application accordingly to Goberco installation instruction and applicable code compliances. Goberco offers a 20-year structural and corrosion warranty for stair brackets installed within 2 two (2) miles of the coast. For the purposes of this warranty, corrosion is defined as a structural and permanent defect in the metal that compromises its integrity. Surface-level oxidation, staining, discoloration, or contamination that can be removed through cleaning or maintenance is not considered corrosion and is excluded from coverage.

In the event any stair bracket is shown to not conform to these above warranties, Goberco’s sole obligation, and customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, shall be the refund of the full customer purchase price.

Goberco makes no other stair brackets warranties than the mentioned above. In no event shall Goberco be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages, regardless of the legal theory of recovery, even if it was aware of the possibility of such damages. In any case, Goberco’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by customer for the non-conforming stair bracket.

In purchasing the product, the purchaser accepts the terms and conditions of this warranty, which replaces any other representation, warranty or condition, explicit or implicit, statutory or other. The terms of this warranty are automatically transferable to the subsequent purchaser of the residential or commercial building upon which the product has been installed. Any claim under this warranty by the purchaser or the subsequent owner, as the case may be, must be made in writing within the period covered by the warranty and must include the original invoice for the product. Any resolution between Goberco and the covered person regarding the refund or material replacement constitutes a full settlement and release of all claims relating to this warranty.

In USA some states restrict consequential or other liability damage limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Goberco reserves the right to change this warranty periodically
